ftpbnc is a single-threaded  bouncer for Linux (may run on
other *NIX OSes too) which proxies FTP control connections
but not data transfers.  This  proxy accepts the following
connection requests:
    OPEN host:port               OPEN host port
    SITE host:port               SITE host port
